Many pediatric speech therapists accept insurance, and Speech Therapy For All helps families navigate coverage options. Our team works with participating insurance plans and assists with benefit verification, authorizations, and billing questions. This helps parents access high-quality pediatric speech therapy while minimizing out-of-pocket costs.
Finding affordable speech therapy services is easier than ever, with options ranging from local clinics to convenient online programs. Many providers offer flexible pricing, sliding scale fees, or financial assistance to help reduce costs. Online speech therapy platforms can often be more affordable than in-person visits while still delivering high-quality care from licensed professionals, making it easier to get started without long waitlists.
Many speech therapy providers accept a wide range of insurance plans, including private insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid in some cases. Coverage typically depends on medical necessity and your specific policy, but most plans include evaluations and treatment for speech and language disorders. Providers can often verify your benefits and help you understand your co-pays, deductibles, and reimbursement options before you begin.

Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services may be covered in full or in part. Please get in touch with your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for speech therapy services.
We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
Does my health insurance plan include speech therapy benefits?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
